    Correction! This @timkaine & @ToddYoungIN bill would repeal the *1991* (Gulf War) AUMF & the 2002 Iraq War AUMF, but not 2001's (9/11 perpetrators). (Avoiding the 01 one makes this less tricky, tho the exec branch has cited the 02 one, alongside 01, for aspects of ISIS war.)
