@emptywheel @marty_lederman @JameelJaffer @steve_vladeck Since 793 doesn't say "thou shalt not publish classified info that consists of the names of foreign informants" (side note: not "covert") I don't see how 3 limits the impact of the precedent viz other types of class info. It makes a moral difference, but why a legal one?
