    @MattGertz The 2017 FISA Court opinion has nothing to do with this. It centered on the NSA's discovery that analysts had been neglecting to exclude a certain database from their queries for info about Americans in emails collected under the 702 program. nytimes.com/2017/04/28/us/politics/nsa-surveillance-terrorism-privacy.html
