  1. Trump DOJ won't charge 2 Cabinet officials the House cited for contempt for defying subpoenas for info re Census, saying president's assertion of executive privilege made the stonewalling lawful. (Obama DOJ did same; criminal contempt doesn't work for exec branch officials.)
