@marty_lederman @steve_vladeck @becingber @RealFacelessMan @Snowden I think it is right that the officially prescribed whistleblower process does not work for a situation like that. But telling the press about a policy that the public will agree is illegal or unconstitutional- even if OLC dubiously says otherwise- is also whistleblowing.
