    @EdWhelanEPPC Your premise is misleading. Because Dem presidents submit candidates for judgeships for ABA vetting prior to nominating them, liberals the ABA deems NQ never get nominated.       @EdWhelanEPPC The Bush43/Trump decision to break the long tradition of pre-nomination vetting means GOP NQ candidates are publicly embarrassed. This results in asymmetric attacks as defenders say it must just be bias against conservatives, while there's no public debate about NQ'd liberals.
