There should be a different word for this kind of mild acceleration. Sure, getting to arguments (not opinion issuing) 5 1/2 weeks after the lower-court ruling is speedy relative to judges' usually even-more-languid pace, but it's far from expeditious in absolute terms. @steve_vladeck/1199842976479866880
