    1. FISA Court news: Judge Rosemary Collyer, who I am told has health issues, will step down early as presiding judge & Chief Justice Roberts has tapped Judge James Boasberg to take over that role in the new year. (Collyer will apparently remain a FISA judge; her term ends in March.)

    Also the FISA Court has made public a Dec 5 order related to the IG report about the botched Page FISA. Its existence was referenced in the extraordinary order the court issued earlier this week rebuking the FBI and demanding a proposal for reforms. fisc.uscourts.gov/sites/default/files/FISC%20Dec%205%20Redacted%20Order%20191220.pdf
