@TVietor08 @brhodes I agree that there is a meaningful distinction between killing a nation-state leader and a non-state terrorist org leader. I'm just not sure what should be deemed an "assassination" turns on it. (Also agree the merits of the self defense claim turns on intel we've not seen.)
