@adamgoldmanNYT @ChuckRossDC I think Boasberg made a general new rule. i.e. the ref to DOJ is not about Page people, but so in the future, if some Main Justice person botches some other filing & gets referred to OPR, that person would automatically be precluded from working on FISAs unless/until cleared.
