With Trump you'd need to start w/ identifying a specific act to think about before you could coherently trace precedents (if any).On twitter.com

@omarbsr @DavidMorash @IChotiner For example, Trump bombing the Syrian government without congressional authorization can trace back to Obama and Libya in 2011 as a precedent. But Trump declaring a national "emergency" to spend more on his border wall than Congress was willing to appropriate was something new.Permalink On twitter.com
