@EdWhelanEPPC Ed, you are inconsistent/expedient on when judges should be disassociated from their appointing presidents. e.g. If you want to portray Gregory as a fake GOP appointee when he rules against Trump, you ought not call Tallman a Dem appointee when he supports the Federalist Society.
