      For those wondering what's up w/ the Flynn case since a DC Circuit panel on June 24 ordered the trial judge to dismiss it w/out review: under Rule 41(a)(3), such an order takes effect after 21 days, so deadline for full appeals court to decide whether to rehear is next week.
