      The WH did not challenge that the NSC convened an interagency meeting about what to do about the report in March. McEnany did not explain why such info would have been kept from Trump, nor indicate whether he was upset at his subordinates for purportedly withholding it from him.

    Nor has the Trump administration challenged the reporting that the White House has not authorized any response to the months-old intelligence conclusion.
