@YAppelbaum Columbus Blue Jackets claim (not very persuasively) their name is a ref to generic Union soldiers in the Civil War, not the famous Shawnee war chief who was active in the Ohio Valley. (It had been submitted in a name-the-expansion-team contest. Maybe ownership was clueless.)
