@HelicoptersofDC @TweetoPus @lgnsnd @washingtonian My goal is to identify which copters keep circling over our area late at night, a relatively recent nuisance that has led to community discussion about complaining to someone but we don't know who. Any other thoughts/tips? (I've just sicced my kid on building an ADS-B receiver.)
