    1. Was just trying to call into the DC Circuit's arguments in the Don McGahn/congressional subpoena case and saw that they got bumped again to May 19 to give one last chance for the apparently futile attempts at a negotiated compromise.

    For context, Biden WH Dems would like this to go away (and not establish precedent that future GOP Congress can subpoena its lawyers).
