    The Biden administration has punted on whether Gitmo detainees have due process rights. Officials (esp at DOD & State) managed to jettison the Trump position that detainees don't have such rights, but failed to get DOJ to say that they affirmatively do. nytimes.com/2021/07/09/us/politics/guantanamo-detainees-due-process.html
