@BCFinucane @LemonSlayerUS Whatever the label, the debacle underscores inherent tensions raised by dual Biden policy goals of 1) higher certainty there'll be no civilian deaths & 2) no ground troops (=less from-the-ground intel & less hover time to watch since getting to/from distant bases uses up fuel).
