    @CheyenneNDN The real action was Holder’s expansion of that mandate. I filed a FOIA lawsuit for the Durham reports to Holder that was epic - many thanks to NYT newsroom legal team led by @davidmccraw for fight hard to the Second Circuit and back - but essentially failed in the end.
