@bmaz Hey @bmaz, when in criminal law does the window technically close? 11:59 p.m. on the anniversary of the purported offense, or 11:59 p.m. on the eve of the anniversary? I note the indictment of Sussmann was on Sept. 16, the day before the 5-year anniversary of the FBI meeting.
