@renato_mariotti @secretsandlaws I agree with Renato & think this objection depends on ignoring context. Normally, declassified info would not be NDI bc no longer closely held. We're discussing weird scenario of a claim he secretly declass'd dangerous info w/out telling anyone, so it remained closely held NDI.
