      Confusingly, the letter also points to two notes DOJ agrees are not government records -- about meeting requests and about questions from "Molly" for Trump -- and says because DOJ agrees they are personal property, there's nothing for the special master to adjudicate, but ..../1

    ...but Trump team doesn't say Trump isn't claiming those are executive privileged, the position attributed to it by DOJ. Not clear to me if Trump is withdrawing exec privilege claim, or if they don't understand that DOJ can use his property as evidence so privilege still matters.
