    Here is part 3 w/ @AliVelshi @VelshiMSNBC, re why criminal referrals are irrelevant to the DOJ investigation but may still have substance as a form of super-censure, becoming part of of the history of this era and the obituaries of those referred regardless of what DOJ does. /end
