      In the hidden-camera video a British news nonprofit released last week, Russ Vought, the head of that think-tank, also spoke about how its legal policy work for Trump on invoking the Insurrection Act was about protests/riots as much as the immigration issues it was framed around.

        Trump hiumself has been open and direct about his intention to be much more aggressive about using US troops on domestic soil if he gets back into power -- including repeatedly vowing to send them onto the streets of big cities run by Democrats, which he calls crime dens.
