  1. Judge Chutkin says will rule soon on mystery US citizen enemy combatant. (Dismiss case on jurisdictional grounds? Direct govt to ask him if he wants a habeas case rep'd by ACLU?) DoJ would not answer if it thinks he already has a habeas right if he we're to (know to) ask for it.
