@loujacobson @PolitiFact A quibble: Obama didn't "re-appoint" Rod Rosenstein as US attorney for Maryland. He just did not ask RR to step down when the new administration took over in 2009, so RR stayed on in the role to which Bush (and only Bush) had appointed him.On twitter.com
